Joseph Jefferson

Owner and President

Joseph possesses in-depth experience delivering contract lifecycle management subject matter expertise to the Department of Defense (DoD), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Counterterroism Center (NCTC), US Health and Human Services (HHS), Homeland Security, Intelligence, Health, Litigation, and state and local communities. He received his Master's of Science in Procurement and Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from George Mason University. He also holds a certification in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Virginia. From company to company and often from group to group within the same organization, there are variations in how the contract lifecycle is defined. Nevertheless, Joseph and FEDCON Solutions, LLC aids its Partners in controlling, coordinating, and streamlining all stages in the contract lifecycle in order to help each Partner optimize contract performance.
